In today's world of fast paced, hectic schedules, it's easy to become unbalanced and stressed.

CLASSES
Little Tigers 4- 6 year olds. Boys and girls will enjoy a half hour of fun filled karate. Your child will learn basic karate skills to prepare them for our regular karate class. Classes focus on listening skills , self control, self awareness, stranger awareness and safety both in and out of the Dojo . Positive reinforcement and fun is our key to success. Little Tigers creed: "Respect, for ourselves, for our parents, for our teachers, and one another!"
Regular Program: Ages 7 and up. For anyone interested in Martial Arts lessons and self defense. Program includes Kata/Forms, Self Defense, Weapons forms and Sparring. Learn Karate and Self Defense for real life situations in a safe environment. Earn belt levels while getting fit. Families welcome for these classes. Belt level classes , check the schedule on the members page.

$68.25 per month, based on a six month program
